Yes. We believe you shouldn’t have to pay a premium just to know what training to do. While other platforms charge anywhere from $30 to $150 per plan, a StriveKit subscription gives you full, unlimited access to our growing library of community plans at no extra cost.

Absolutely. You’re in total control of your membership. If you’re on a monthly plan, you can cancel at any time with a single click in your settings. There are no hidden fees, no long-term contracts, and no “retention” hoops to jump through. You’ll keep access until the end of your current billing cycle.

It’s a two-way street. Once you link your Garmin Connect account, any workout you schedule in StriveKit automatically appears on your watch’s training calendar. After you finish your run, the data syncs back to StriveKit instantly so you can analyze your performance against what you had planned.
